  Just being a Trader Joe's gets it 4 stars off the bat. But the staff is ALWAYS friendly. They are always working hard and seem to be restocking at all times. i used to hate going to the grocery store but now enjoy the experience. I cringe when I have to go across the street to Ralph's for some obscure item.

  While Trader Joe's is almost ALWAYS busy, it's totally worth it. Of all the Trader Joe's I've been to though, they always have small parking lots that don't fit all of the cars that need to be parked there. My local Trader Joe's (not this one) even has employees out in the parking lot full time to direct traffic and such. It's really odd to me. They never pick buildings with enough parking. I know this because I've been to Trader Joe's all over the country. But the price and quality of their food is fantastic. My wife and I were able to cut our budget for food by 25% after we got a Trader Joe's in our neighborhood.
