  Cody and Stephanie were very friendly and polite, answered all of our questions. I don't think I've had better customer service experience than this, they make me want to come back. Recommended items that were either better for the price or highly from others. Overall I am very happy with my purchase of work shoes that I needed.

  I called them at 9pm (closing time) with a simple question about a specific item. It was answered promptly and with full competency unlike the other 4 sporting goods stores I called before hand. I was not put on hold for 10 minutes to be hung up on and believe it or not, they were happy to help. I will be in tomorrow to buy the item. Solid customer service. This is the way businesses should operate. Take notes Dana Point.
